Retail Build-Out - National Harbor Shopping Complex

As one of the area’s most prominent mixed-use projects we were pleased to oversee the retail build-out for the National Children’s Museum, the Segway Scooter outlet, and the art museum all found at the National Harbor Complex in Oxon Hill, Maryland

 

Condominium Conversion – Baltimore, Maryland

This one-time single-family home in the highly sought Canton neighborhood of Baltimore was an investment waiting to happen with the right vision, and that’s just what we brought to the table for this client. Taking the existing space and creatively dividing it into two separate condominium units while maximizing long-term rental income and resale value in the process.

 

Prince George’s County School System – Jack’s “Cool Schools” Program

Working on behalf of the Prince George’s County School board, we were pleased to oversee the structural repair and upgrade of air-conditioning units throughout the County’s many needy school districts. Just another example that sometimes giving back means pitching in.
